The Muscle that seperates the Men from the Women

Matthew Barney is a very controversial contemporary artist. He is know mainly for one single work, “The Cremaster Cycle.” The cremaster is the muscle that allows the balls to hang down outside the body. This movie is a fantasmic creation that surpasses your wildest dreams. Wierd, yes…Mind blowing, yes…Expensive??? Well at around 100,000 dollars a piece for the 5 piece dvd set, I would say yes. Barney created these pieces for reasons which may never be understood, but if you can ever see it do it. There were only 20 DVD’s sold with the exception of a 30 minute excerpt, which I was able to view today! I heard news of one of the DVD’s being sold for $300,000 on ebay a while ago. The film blew my mind, check out the website…keep that mind open. People left the showing speechless…amazing.
