Klosterman, Chuck “Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs” – Great book. Quite opinionated, but I seem to agree with most of his ideas. It is a real humorous book, which pokes fun at modern day society. It goes from saved by the bell, to the Sims, to being obsessed with serial killers. The thing I like best about it is that after each chapter, you can find some really mind blowing shit in the last 2 or 3 paragraphs. It makes you think hard.
Kerouac, Jack “The Dharma Bums” – A good read, it introduces some of Zen buddhism to the reader, while at the same time giving insight to the simple things in life.
